Team Leader in Private Capital Static Data, Controls and Business Implementation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing a team
- Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
- Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- Securing the delivery of static data, static data controls and business implementation processes
- Ensuring efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity
- Managing operational risks in activities performed by the team
- Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge
- Coordinating the onboarding of new operational activities
- Ensuring the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
- Supporting team members' personal development and ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement;
- Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
