Job Title: Assistant Manager – Change Manager

Department: STA Stability & Resilience (STA India Global Control Tower)

Position Purpose: 

The Group Control Tower ensures that the process and the different official regulations are well respected in Change Management. 

Its right of oversight is total and guarantees the stability of Production worldwide and in all Entities.

The Group Control Tower is daily helped by the Operational Control Towers which assess the changes of their local entity. 

As a Change Manager for the Group Control Tower,  your mission will be to ensure the proper compliance of changes operated on the IT production of BNP Paribas Group. 

Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities

· Follow the change workflow and provide your approval on Service Now. 

· Support the Entities, so they manage change in compliance with the Group’s process and recommendations. 

· Thanks to performant Service Now dashboards, you will identify major changes and ensure that all Entities are aware of the risks and impacts during a weekly meeting planned every Wednesday. 

· With the team you will participate in the drafting of the PowerPoint material that will be presented during a validation meeting with all the CTOs of the Group every Thursday. 

· Lead the daily meetings highlighting the anomalies of changes that caused incidents. 

· Work in collaboration with the Incident and Problem teams for the continuous improvement of the Group's stability.

· Write the global communications regarding the various major events on the IT infrastructures (freezes, major change postponed, new rule etc.)

· Prepare the minutes of the different meetings you will animate. 

· Be actors in the new projects aimed at always better ensuring the stability of the Group's infrastructures.

· Need competencies on creating Service Now dashboards, 

· Support the training and use of Twin Solvium, master its operation, and handle the various topics related to this tool.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • In addition to the primary responsibility, the candidate should also be able to put multiple hats and contribute to other areas such as Incident and Problem Management as needed.
  • These include, contribute to drive, orchestrate and co-ordinate during Major Cross Incident.
  • Suggest solutions, teams to onboard, any help during major incident investigations,.
  • Be able to produce the trend analysis and data graphs for top unstable applications.
  • Assess and create action items and follow up as part of problem tasks.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • 7-8+ years experience in IT Change management or operations coordination with proven track record working within banking, financial services or other highly regulated, mission-critical environments
  • Certifications such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar are preferred
  • Experience in handling incidents with business, regulatory, or customer impact
  • Experience in leading post-incident reviews in a controlled, audit-aware environment
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
