Position Purpose
This position is responsible for implementing the technical and functional requirements of application development
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Taking complete ownership of tasks and understand each requirement in details
· Design of new modules should be based on sound design principles/patterns and best fit in the application context.
· Ensure deliveries are robust and high quality
· Complete assigned task on time with first time right
· Be proactive and provide timely status to the team lead
· Adheres to all compliance & project related processes
· Come up with technical ideas to improve application performance / save time
Contributing Responsibilities
· Play the role of mentor and coach junior team members
· Gain functional knowledge on applications worked upon
· Create knowledge repositories for future reference
· Should discuss with Team Lead and take decision by own based on situation
· Evaluation of new tools and coming with POCs.

· Expert in using Java, Angular, Micro services, Oracle DB, Camunda / Any BPM Tool knowledge and open API

· Exposure to Regression, Performance and security testing and respective tools
