Position Purpose
We are looking for ServiceNow business analyst specifically on ITSM and non - ITSM modules. Candidates will be proactively managing various functionalities on multiple ServiceNow modules.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1. Understand OOB and customised functionalities for clients using ServiceNow modules.
2. Follow best practices to comply to the quality of work as delivered.
3. Good knowledge of agile framework to drive the projects.
4. Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
5. Team player and team contributor.
6. Should be open to act as scrum master or QA as per the project's requirements.
7. Track and manage the project progress through agile board and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
8. Good and clear communication to help stakeholders understand the capabilities of ServiceNow platform.
9. Manage backlog and sprints as per the best agile practice.
Contributing Responsibilities
1. Good knowledge of business process used in ServiceNow.
2. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades and features.
3. Certifications for ServiceNow is a plus point.
