Position Purpose
Part of BNPP Wealth Management in Singapore, the position is created within APS Domain (E&P) under CTO Office division. The Candidate will play a role in sharing responsibilities on WMIS IT Production services leading BAU activities (Change, problem and incident management) and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Overview of Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Delivery Management in large and complex organization processes.
· Good understanding of incidents, change and problem management. Understanding of test environment management is plus.
· Good understanding of Problem & Obsolescence management.
· Proficiency in SDLC and Project Management principles
· A good leader with problem-solving attitude
· Ability to work independently and under pressure, critical thinking to complete tasks and resolve conflicts.
· Capacity to challenge the status-quo and convince based on facts
· Good Analytical and Presentation Skills to senior management
· Proficient in writing process, policy documents on problem and environment management related processes
