Senior Pricing Manager

At TEB, we are looking for a Pricing Management Senior Manager to join our Assets & Liabilities Division and lead the development of efficient, data-driven deposit pricing strategies that create value for both our customers and the Bank.

This role is at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement—playing a key part in optimizing our pricing models in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously update product-based pricing models across the Bank.
  • Monitor sector trends and market pricing daily and weekly, conducting competitive analyses and benchmarking studies.
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through tailored pricing offers.
  • Define alignment mechanisms and collaboration principles with head office and business units.
  • Create pricing strategies that balance risk, profitability, and customer behavior insights.
  • Ensure all pricing policies are compliant with local regulations (BDDK, CBRT/TCMB).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, specifically in pricing or product management.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and modeling 
  • Solid understanding of risk-return analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
