Key Responsibilities:

• Backend-First Development: Design and build scalable Java backend services and ensure seamless integration with the frontend.
• Functional Alignment: Analyze existing business capabilities to ensure the new greenfield platform delivers comprehensive functionality while keeping the code clean and optimized.
• Data Layer Integration: Work with enterprise databases to optimize data processing and ensure consistency as the new platform is rolled out.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with architects and tech leads to ensure that development aligns perfectly with modern best practices and the targeted system architecture.

Requirements:

• Enterprise-Level Java: Robust experience in building scalable backend applications (Spring Boot).
• Solid SQL Skills: Proficiency in relational databases (Sybase and/or Oracle), including analyzing and optimizing data structures and queries.
• Analytical & Adaptable Mindset: Openness to explore and understand the logic of the existing system (built on 4D) to extract core business rules.
• Fluent English: Required for daily collaboration within our international team.
• Nice to Have:
  • Angular Experience: Familiarity with developing Single Page Applications (SPA) and frontend state management.
  • Experience participating in system modernization or platform transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with reporting frameworks (e.g., Jasper Reports).
