Position Purpose

Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities: 

Managing IT Assets Inventory in correct and complete way.

Allocate the IT assets to End users and record the same in Inventory.

- Ensure smooth execution of IT-for-IT changes and upgrades.

- Develop a long-term obsolescence management strategy.

- Optimize capacity management to support business needs.

- Establish strict data validation processes for referential data.

- Optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, and problem management.

- Implement data-driven decision-making strategies.

Contributing Responsibilities

Support major cloud migrations and infrastructure convergence.

- Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance IT operations.

- Align IT services with business needs through FTS & Generative AI.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Acts and behaves appropriately and in accordance with the ethical standards of the Group and the regulatory authorities;
