About the Job
- The Senior Business Analyst will join a team in charge of Shared Reporting Space (SRS) Capital. As far as today it is an ambitious project with the aim of processing risk and counterparty risk data for the group. The team will be then in charge of maintaining the application and giving support to production and managing projects around capital chain (with a lot of upcoming regulatory topics such as Basel4 implementation)
- The Business Analyst will be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team of functional and technical experts as a Business Analyst, shared between France and Portugal
- In this position, there is a chance to work closely with many Information Technology (IT) team interlocutors as well as all the business lines, Group entities and reporting networks. There is also the opportunity to enhance both functional and technical skills as well as project management and agile methodology skills
- The Senior Business Analyst will be a part of the transformation of the Finance and Risk Solutions (FRS) and the Finance & Strategy and RISK functions and gain expertise on vast information systems
Your Main Activities Are
- Understanding business processes and issues
- Be a proposal force to design ambitious or even innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes
- Translate proposals into Use cases for development teams
- Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage
- Contribute to transition and change management
- Develop your transversal vision of the products/processes and issues of the trades you accompany to anticipate future needs
- Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or another relevant field
- Relevant Professional Experience in Finance, Credit Risk and/or IT
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack, namely, Excel
- Strong knowledge of SQL and MDX languages
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Strong Organisational skills
- Ability to pass on knowledge
- Capable of leading a meeting/training
- Analytical capacity
- Ability to manage relations with other contributors
