About Business line/Function:
This is TPRM Transversal Risk analyst position for Global Banking IT (GB IT) in ISPL. GB IT ISPL includes approx. 800 employees who help with development, testing & production support services for Global Banking applications of BNP Paribas. Global Banking IT team supports different regions like APAC, Americas, Europe, MEA etc. This role is responsible for GBIT ISPL TPRM (Third party risk management) by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk associated with a supplier, internal or external.

Position Purpose
Candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
· Help identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk associated with a supplier, internal or external.
· Regarding external vendors, coordinate and facilitate Vendor Management risk assessments, resolving issues.
· Co-ordination for third party risk assessment with Paris/central project managers and ISPL TPRM (Third party risk management) or Central TPRM team.
· Support transversally identifying risk in Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
· Monitor and capture various risks in R360 tool (Risk 360).
· Support onshore counterparts during the risk committee meetings by producing required KPIs.
· Follow up with all stake holders during risk assessment process.
· Ensure with stake holders (PM/Contracts Owners) that third parties’ engagements are aligned contractual obligations and meet TPRM requirements.
