Position Purpose
Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.
Facilitating transaction processing of instructions received from client to ensure settlement of trades in Global markets. Providing round the clock service to cover client queries across ASIA, EMEA and US regions. Reconciling client positions to match with the market positions. Being a team player to achieve team co-ordination, adhere to BNP policies and follow the agreed timelines to avoid any breach in SLA. SME in the process to assist team on BAU queries and playing Checker role by validating the transactions
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Validating the instructions that form part of NON-STP within agreed timeframes
Validating the manual instructions that are received via FAX and MT599 and ensure that been reached to market.
Understanding client query and responding them based on priorities and within agreed SLA
Ensure proper static set-up is in place from client and Market perspective
Preparing timely reports to address the status of the trades and follow-up for any amendments
Ensure assigned task been completed and the check-list is duly filled up.
Reconciliation of client books to reflect real market positions
Accounting the settlement confirmations after proper investigation
Should gain complete knowledge on market specifications and acting as SME to clarify team queries

Maintaining and adhere to safe desk policy to ensure that no documents been accessible to unauthorised person.
