About Businessline/Function:

OMR is a settlement application used to handle the settlement and associated functionality of local booking within ALMT world in BNP Paribas.  OMR IT team supports the above functionality through customizations on the vendor product OMR, design and development of interfaces that communicate with other applications as part of the settlement lifecycle and also through a set of Business Objects reports that provide insights and necessary control for the Operations and Business

Position Purpose

Current position is under ALMT IT team scope to contribute in individual capacity for

Setup a Demand Management & Prioritization Process ·      

Managing Book of Work Demand for OMR Domain

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

•    Define the Prioritization process for OMR via conducting workshops with IT & OPS.

•    Ensure all requirements follow the due prioritization process

•    Ensure the Demand is presented to the Sponsor in a timely manner to arrive at the Prioritization for upcoming Quarter

•    Define & Follow the Arbitration process for unplanned / urgent requirements

•    Prepare the BOW Demand for 2026 & Beyond

•    Build relevant KPIs, for example: Capacity Available for Prioritization, Jiras planned by Quarter, Jiras Delivered by Quarter, Production Updates

•    Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams in order to understand the Demand 

•    Work towards initiatives to improve processes and delivery efficiency

•    Prior Work experience or Currently working in an IT Setup

Contributing Responsibilities

•    Drive improvements in the Release Management Process

•    Contribute towards innovation, suggest new practices to be investigated
