Securities Services Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

As TEB; we are looking for a Securities Services Operations Manager / Assistant Manager to join our Relationship Management team at our Securities Services division, a part of the global integration to BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Financial Studies
• Min. 2 years of work experience in capital markets (middle office, product, operations), banking (securities operations, vostro acc operations)
• Fluent English (both writing and speaking)
• Ambitious, willing to start/continue a career on operations in capital / financial market
• One of the Capital Market Activities Licenses (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Derivatives)

Job Description:

• Monitoring all activities of the clients (i.e. global/foreign banks and financial institutions, local and/or foreign corporates) and during the day and providing the necessary support to the clients in line with their needs and the terms of service contracted with them
• Fulfillment of the instructions given by the clients regarding the movements of securities and/or money with the continuous control of the customer's cash and credit balances
• Answering the questions posed by the clients regarding their instructions, portfolios and market rules and making the necessary follow-up
• Regular preparation of periodic reports such as interest statements and invoices of customers
• Fulfillment of report and analysis requests submitted by the management
• Determine the processes/services that will increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction and to propose their implementation to the management
• Take part in systemic projects related to Information Technologies and to provide support,
• Continuously increase the level of personal knowledge about capital markets
