Securities Operations Specialist with German
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banking operations, securities and fund services will be considered as a strong asset
- Fluency in German (min. C1 level), English min. B1
- Preferably a completed degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Genuine interest in securities settlement processes
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with well‑defined, structured processes
- Ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile open positions and custody locations during the securities‑settlement workflow.
- Adjust the complexity of assigned tasks within the permitted range to match skill level and workload.
- Leverage the inherent development space of the position to expand expertise and take on more challenging assignments.
- Execute specific process steps on their own after completing the onboarding/training phase.
- Assume full responsibility for meeting self‑defined goals that directly influence the operational department.
- Analyze issues, develop solutions independently, and present those solutions to the supervisor or team for final decision‑making.
