Position Objective:
Manage the implementation and compliance with risk regulations required by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia and those required by the parent company of Cardif Colombia in terms of risks and ongoing control according to our role as 2LoD.
Specific objectives:
1 - Monitor the proper implementation of risk governance, and ensure compliance with the role as 2LoD
2 - Coordinate the definition and monitoring of the Company's Risk Appetite
3 - Develop and maintain the risk assessment process together with the 1LoD.
4 - Monitor and oversee risks as well as their mitigating action plans.
5 - Support the development and growth of Risk and Fraud Prevention Culture.
6 - Exercise the duty of alert through regional contacts and within the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Support in identifying the risks to which the Company is exposed, in accordance with the strategy, business plans, capital plans, and risk-taking capacity.
- Lead the assessment of the effectiveness of potential and implemented control measures for measured operational risks through independent controls.
- Support incident management by participating in the definition of action plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Lead risk management training programs for the Company and third parties.
Professional Profile:
- Professionals in fields related to risk – administrative management, economics, finance.
- Must have knowledge of regulations issued by the Financial Superintendency of Colombia.
- Advanced level of English – essential.
