About the job
- As a Data Analyst, you will join the RISK Commercial, Personal Banking and Services (CPBS) Analytics Platform, created in 2021 and part of the RISK CPBS Head Office teams. To support both RISK and the Business in monitoring the credit risk detection process, the Analytics Platform delivers services within the DERIK tool through a set of dynamic dashboards. These dashboards are mainly designed to facilitate the monitoring of alerts raised by detection tools, as well as the monitoring of portfolio quality. The most advanced technologies and methodologies available (Dataiku, Tableau) are leveraged to deliver high value‑added services while maintaining an excellent level of quality
Your Main Activities Are
- Developments for data integration in the Data Transformation Mapping (DTM)
- Building of the indicators of the DERIK CPBS tool, using the DATAIKU tool
- Building of the dashboards for final users, using the TABLEAU tool
- Technical documentation
- Follow up of the processing chains
- Force of proposal for functional enhancements, ergonomic improvements, and performance optimisations for the DERIK CPBS tool
- Participation in the assessing of the quality of the data and the provided services
- Conducting of dedicated analysis on specific topics and/or situations
- Develop data integration processes in the DTM of the DERIK CPBS tool, based on the specifications, using the DATAIKU tool
- Manage deliveries in production, after the testing phase validation
- Perform the needed historical data loading
- Write the technical documentation
- Attend the expression of needs workshops (new needs, evolution of existing dashboards,...)
- Based on the functional specifications, namely to develop the views for business indicator calculations in line with data visualisation needs, using the DATAIKU tool, and to build the dashboards for the final users, using the TABLEAU tool
- Manage deliveries in production, after the testing phase validation
- Ensure the functional testing phase of the dashboards before their release
- Write the technical documentation of the views and of the dashboards
- Ensure the follow up of the processing chains and the resolution of the incidents
- Participate in the assessment of the quality of the data and the provided services
- Conduct dedicated analysis on specific topics and/or situations
- Be proactive in proposing functional enhancements, ergonomic improvements, and performance optimisations for the DERIK CPBS tool
- Be able to propose and implement innovative methods and/or algorithms (for example, based on artificial intelligence)
