About the Job

  • The Credit Risk - Regulatory Reporting Officer, along with his team, works on the Credit Risk Risk-Wheighted Assets (RWA) computation and analysis
  • The Regulatory Reporting Officer will contribute to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation)
  • He will also guarantee Data quality and process optimization and partake in tasks such as Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP (Common Reporting Framework) Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB), Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study, etc.), and supporting his manager in his role

Your Main Activities Are

  • Production, collection and control of risk data (credit, counterparty) in the different tools (ARC, SRS, Data Base)
  • Prepare the support documentation for each report validation meeting and present the validation meeting to the management and the different stakeholders
  • Coordinate and interact with the different process stakeholders
  • Participation on Credit & Regulatory Reporting Quarterly Synthesis
  • Data quality reporting
  • Participate in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, Information Technology (IT) developments, sourcing evolutions
  • Strive for quality/efficiency improvement through actively revising and improving processes, procedures and data quality, including actively participating in the testing phases
  • Onboarding and operational training of the new team members
  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of the regulatory reports
  • Take part of new projects, especially related to new regulatory frameworks, like Basel IV, in order to achieve group objectives

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack, namely, Excel
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Analytical ability
