REGISTRATION JUNIOR SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE JOB

The Registration Junior Specialist supports the onboarding and maintenance of investor records within BNP Paribas’ operational platforms. Key duties include setting up new investors, updating wire and static data, analysing application forms, and managing incoming requests via internal systems and email. The role ensures timely, SLA‑compliant responses to both internal and external inquiries, collaborates with the oversight team to gather due‑diligence documentation, and facilitates necessary call‑backs for data verification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Setting up new investors in the systems according to received documentation 
  • Updating client’s wire details and static data as per investor request 
  • Analysing investor application form for onboarding and following all registration tasks in accordance with Departmental procedures and deadlines 
  • Monitoring incoming requests on BNP systems and emails 
  • Responding to queries and requests from investors in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Responding to any query from internal or external source in relation to the activity within SLA 
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain registration documents 
  • Working with the oversight team, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfil client due diligence Initiating/document call-backs required on qualifying trading and static data updates

PROFILE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum 
  • Ability to perform effectively and maintain strict deadlines 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Problem solving, analytical and administrative skills 
  • Client focused, open-minded and professional approach 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Working experience in Office package 
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services in the area of operations will be an asset
