About the job
- The Referential Team Manager’s main mission to ensure that a high level of service is delivered to the internal and external customer, coordinating the production and all the projects within the department and representing the department wherever needed, being in charge of Referential Lisbon activity, which encompasses: Forex and Money Markets (FXMM) and Over The Counter Derivatives (OTCD), Referential Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), Equities and Bonds Referential SSI, Client Referential Data Source (CRDS) Events, Data quality and projects and Counterparties Integration
Your Main Activities Are
- Organize the team’s day-to-day routine and ensure the service is delivered as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Coordinate the production being the escalation point and by gathering and solving team issues
- Ensure training and coaching within each teams
- Bring improvement and innovation within the teams through ideas and projects
- Represent the department when needed on meetings, projects, among others
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Leadership and Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluency in English, with great communication skills
- Great organizational skills and ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines
- Great attentiveness to detail with a customer-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt a process with a results-driven mindset
