職務說明

1. 保戶服務平台營運與維運規劃

    - 擬定與執行平台年度營運計畫

    - 協調內外部資源,確保網站 / App 維運品質與功能優化

2. 使用者轉換與推廣活動規劃

    - 策劃數位轉換推動策略(如:紙本轉數位)

    - 規劃與執行行銷活動,並追蹤成效(如:註冊率、使用率)

3. 專案管理與功能優化推動

    - 主導數位服務優化相關專案,包括流程設計與跨部門溝通

    - 撰寫簡報與提案,並向內部單位/主管說明專案進度與成效

4. 保戶回饋與客訴整合管理

    - 整理與分析保戶回饋意見,作為平台優化依據

    - 跨部門協調處理重大客訴與改善行動追蹤

5. 主管交辦之其他專案或支援事項

1. Customer digital service platform planning and operations (Web & App)

   - Develop and implement annual operation plans for the customer digital service platform

   - Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure high-quality maintenance and feature optimization

2. UserpPromotional campaigns planning and execution

   - Plan and execute digital adoption strategies (e.g., paperless conversion)

   - Lead digital marketing campaigns and track effectiveness (e.g., registration and usage rates)

3. Service optimization and project management

   - Drive digital service optimization initiatives

   - Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and reporting

4. Customer feedback and complaint handling

    - Collect and analyze customer feedback and complaints

    - Coordinate across departments for resolution and continuous improvement

5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

人才條件

基本條件:

1. 具數位產品、網站/APP數位平台營運及行銷專案經驗

2. 具專案管理、問題解決與跨部門溝通能力

3. 能獨立思考、善於整理需求並具備推動落地的能力

4. 具數據分析能力,能理解並追蹤使用者行為指標

加分條件:

1. 熟悉保險相關服務及作業流程

2. 熟悉UX、使用者研究、GA 數據工具

3. 具產品企劃、UI/UX 設計協作經驗

Basic Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in digital platform operations, project management, and digital marketing

2. Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-dept communication skills

3. Ability to think independently, structure business needs, and drive initiatives from concept to execution

4. Familiar with user behavior tracking and analytics 

Preferred:

1. Faniliar with insurance service and operation process

2. Knowledge of UX design, user research, or Google Analytics

3. Experience in product planning, working with UI/UX teams
