ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION 

PPCM team is responsible to contribute and coordinate key transformation projects and process optimization for the Regional EMEA teams, ensuring an effective monitoring and follow up of the project portfolio. In addition, will strongly support the ambitions of the Regional EMEA finance organization with its involvement on the different projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on a request from Finance's Senior Management, the Finance Transformation Project Manager implements transformation projects that can be regulatory, application-based, or economic transformation of the business.

In this context, must clarify with the sponsors of his/her project what the mandate is and what are the resources to achieve it.

  • Defines in an iterative manner, the steps to transpose the strategy of transformation into actions/processes/ training according to the type of project.
  • Implements the project methodology and ensures that it is updated.
  • Defines the means for achieving the implementation of transformation.
  • Identifies the actors and the ecosystem impacted by the transformation, as well as the inter relationships, prerequisites, and critical paths.
  • Prepares and circulate communication and designs the training contents among the various target groups identified as relays to ensure that transformation is taken over.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies: Finance master degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 7 years 
  • Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus.
