Created in 2009, CIB Consulting &
Transformation (CIBC&T) is an in-house management consultancy with a strong
presence in EMEA (~100 consultants in Paris, Lisbon, and London) and a global
reach thanks to an integrated network in APAC & Americas (~100
consultants).
The team works on
strategic initiatives defined by CIB Senior Management. It has a strong
track-record with 600+ projects accomplished to date. CIBC&T is a
competitive alternative to leading, external consulting firms, covering the
full consulting value chain: from
framing, diagnosis, and delivery of actionable recommendations, to designing
effective implementation and enabling change.
The team also
houses two key practice areas:
- - RegTech
practice: leveraging on advanced technologies to address regulatory topics
- - Smart-Sourcing
Practice: providing advisory and end-to-end project services on nearshoring and
offshoring projects
CIBC&T team
members are part of a dynamic and international environment with diverse
profiles, from banking and consulting backgrounds: 20+
nationalities, 45% women, ~50% ex-external consultants
from consultancies.
Job Purpose & Scope
Our team
members have a real impact on the development of CIB, working directly with
Senior Management on high stakes initiatives, from Corporate Banking, Global
Markets and Securities Services to Human Resources, IT, Operations and more and
across a wide range of topics:

Key Responsibilities
People objective - Ensure people and
team spirit development
- Inspire, manage, train on-the-job and
motivate the team members, develop CIBC&T talents
- Give and ask for feedback regularly
(client, Manager Coach, peers and project team)
- Contribute actively to further build
a meaningful team of CIBC&T with external and internal talents
(sourcing, recruiting, staffing, career path, etc.)
- Be recognized as a pillar for
CIBC&T team and perceived as a role model by junior team members
- Listen

Content
objective - Deliver impactful consulting & CIB knowledge on projects

interactions, work in collaborative way while developing legitimacy to
challenge clients with
humbleness and bring new ideas, generate recommendations in line with
client’s needs
- Anticipate the needs of clients and
partners, identify potential risks and provide relevant responses and
solutions
- Ensure syndication / alignment at
operational sponsors level
The Requirements

A Master’s degree from a top-tier institution
- - Working
experience in top-tier Consulting firms, Corporate Finance or Development, etc.
