About the job
- The Post Trade Breaches Investigation Analyst main mission is to monitor post trade alerts for Counterparties with no Know Your Client (KYC) processes, such as Deleted Counterparties, Do not trade Counterparties, Master, Marketer and Booking and Product Naming (PN) Breach Alerts. The Analyst must work closely with the Business, with Operations Process Control (OPC) and Compliance to accompany the remediation of the alerts as well as with IT for improvements of Global Risk Identification and Decision (GRID) tool, contributing to protect the Bank against reputational, Fraud and Anti Money Laundering risks and to Combating the Financing Terrorism (CFT)
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform screening on post trade alerts for deals booked with counterparties that are not compliant
- Liaise with the responsible Teams, such as Business, Due Diligence, Middle Office, Compliance, on the follow-up of the alerts' investigations from End to End (E2E)
- Facilitate the E2E analysis and monitoring of KYC breaches and other breaches within the scope
- Review of new breaches and monitor the stock of breaches until their respective closure
- Contribute to the development of the procedures and related process
- Provide guidance, help and support to the relevant teams on the process
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory or Banking and Financial Operations
- Great communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Trading Foundations or Financial Markets
- Great analytical abilities with a critical thinking approach
- Great organization skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to communicate, interact and engage in an impactful manner
