Payment Cash Management Officer

What is this position about?

• Payment and Cash Management Operations Officer is responsible for daily BAU under PCMO scope including process remittance transactions (inward, outward, other book transfer…) and check supporting documents. Moreover, this position handles PCMO’s projects and other tasks assigned by Line Manager from time to time.

What would your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Ensure smoothness and accuracy of Payment and Receipts activities;
• Ensure correctness of supporting documents checking and ensure its consistency with local and group regulations;
• Manual input for payments via local clearing system;
• Control risks and minimize risks for assigned scope;
• Participate solving internal and external complaints relating to assigned tasks;
• Ensure accuracy for all management/regulatory reports, monthly MIs and any other reports are regularly sent to all stakeholders. 
• Ability to give timely acknowledgements and responses to clients and RMs emails, queries and any other issues related to cash operations;
• Work with local Finance and India Nostro reconciliation team on solving mismatch, booking issues; 
• Proposing the enhanced workflows, initiatives to better operation efficiency and toward cost saving;
• Participate and follow up on-going projects under PCMO’s scope
• Control and minimize incidents and ensure no similar mistakes;
• Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Other contributions

• To be back up for other PCMO’s Officer;
• To participate to the new projects to support business if required
