  • The Partnership Senior Manager’s mission is to accompany the partner in the development and consolidation of business, optimizing the overall management of their relationship with Cardif and generating opportunities in a trusting relationship, in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines, business prospecting directions, and the established methodology. Also, identify operational efficiencies that help achieve better control and optimization of the account in Cardif's back office, aligned with its strategy
    1. Comprehensive management of the relationship with Cardif partners. (I-Building a trust-based relationship. II-Deep understanding of the partner's business and operations, their weaknesses and objectives. III-Optimizing existing business with the partner through Cardif's value proposition. IV-Identification of new opportunities with existing partners)
    2. Prospecting new partners and agreements. (I-Knowledge of the market/industry, II-Preparation of proposals, III-Identification of key roles and decision-makers in prospects)
    3. Monitoring 'BAU' accounts related to run-offs and inactive agreements
    4. Business/industry overview (I-Global strategy, II-Budgets and financial planning, III-Periodic reports and follow-ups both local and to Head Office)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Execute the annual commercial strategy with the assigned partners and the priority objectives to be achieved during the year; align this strategy and objectives with them and ensure the fulfillment of the commercial objectives assigned to each partner
  • Execute the assigned annual prospecting plan
  • Ensure success with both the partner and the end customer by creating, guaranteeing, and fostering a solid relationship with both at all levels with proper governance, and evaluating their satisfaction through KPIs established by the company to maintain the partnership relationship in the medium and long term
  • Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget established by the Company for the Partner portfolio linked to their account
  • Implement new projects and/or products planned to ensure the launch with the assigned partners
  • Ensure the participation of all areas, being able to maintain a transversal view of each partner and the industry within the company:- Support Cardif's back office departments to guarantee compliance with the committed operational processes and implement any improvements that can be made- Support the legal and compliance departments to ensure that legal documentation processes, as well as those related to KYI processes or compliance processes that must be fulfilled, are carried out completely and within the established time frame- Support the communications department to ensure that the company's communications and/or events are conveyed in a timely and proper manner to the assigned partners
  • Collaboration to ensure that the KYI process is carried out completely and within the established timeframe:- Ensuring the proper due diligence of the KYI.- Contributing to the collection of information and documentation, as well as their updating.- Proposing decisions regarding the onboarding and/or recertification of the intermediary.- Maintaining continuous contact with the intermediary, making visits to the intermediary, and holding meetings with them.- Assessing the risks associated with the intermediary, with sufficient knowledge about said intermediary

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Management / Economics or related
  • At least 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Analytical ability
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Client focused
