About Business line/Function:

The Finance Solutions Office (FSO) in ISPL is in charge of providing the below services worldwide:

· Steer the end-to-end implementation of Finance projects by responding to Business Line and Finance & Strategy requirements in a timely manner

· Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across the Group with a particular focus on the roll-out of One Financial System (OFS), cornerstone of the F&S strategy

Within the Finance Solutions Office, the OFS Rollouts team is in charge of the following activities:

· Drive the migration strategy globally, along with the Finance Target Operating Model implementation worldwide, in full collaboration with ITG FRESH

· Execute migration projects relying on a global Migration Competence Centre (MCC) and the regional set up in EMEA, APAC and Americas

· Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and adapted when needed in the regions, in close collaboration with the Finance Academy

Position Purpose

The main responsibility of this role is to perform change & project management activities for the rollout of key projects within Finance and Strategy, with a special focus on our flagship project: the rollout of One Financial System (OFS) suite of tools globally. The role involves driving of the systems and process transformation required for the rollout of OFS with alignment of all accounting, reporting, accounting controls and related processes with the target processes for Finance & Operations under OFS. Also to work closely with the regional and central program managers to assist them to engage the contributing teams and obtain/ produce the deliverables, securing the progress as per expected timelines and comply with the best practices.

Responsibilities

n Study of current processes and documentation of the current operating model (COM) with the help of SPOCs in charge of the current processes across Finance & Operations.

n Translation of current processes (COM) to the target operating model (TOM) under OFS clearly highlighting the role of each team involved in the process.

n Work closely with the central teams on the jurisdiction and profiles for target users for each entity and closely liaise with the FRESH team to complete the access management setup.

n Define training plan for target users under OFS and closely work with the migration and other project teams as required for the onboarding of users under the respective OFS processes as per TOM.

n Actively support the program manager by contributing to the planning, monitoring of progress and issues, collection & tracking of validation/ aftercare actions and preparations of minutes by performing the necessary PMO activities at all stages.

n Dynamically assist the project team to monitor the completion of tasks, ensure effective communication, continuous alignment of all contributors and timely running of governance routines.

n Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and updated when specific needs arise in close collaboration with the Finance Academy, Regional and Central Stakeholders.

n At least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination of projects in complex organisational and multicultural environments with the skill sets as below:

n Knowledge of Banking and Financial services is a must, of accounting is desired

n Comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy, self-driven

o Is able to articulate a message clearly and succinctly.

o Is able to tailor communication style to relevant audiences (i.e. communicate complex issues / matters in a simple understandable way).

n 5+ years of experience in Financial/ Financial Services domain within Banking sector

n Experience of working in Global work environment across cultures appreciated
