About the job
- The Network and Markets Administration Officer mission is to open/modify/close markets securities and cash accounts for BNP's Locations and their Clients. Additionally, will be representing BNP in all the interactions with Agent Banks, Corresponding Banks worldwide and expected to strike good equation, maintain highly ethical and professional behaviour
Your Main Activities Are
- Open/modify/close markets securities and cash accounts for BNP's Locations and their Clients
- Represent BNP in all the interactions with Agent Banks, Corresponding Banks worldwide and expected to strike good equation, maintain highly ethical and professional behavior
- Update the Account Opening Pack, regarding all the markets available for BNP's Locations and their Clients
- Update and correct set ups of all accounts managed and to maintain the database updated accordingly by reconciling the accounts between Subnet vs Sub Custodian and Subnet vs BDT for markets/task they are responsible for
- Be the expert in the markets in charge and should manage proactively any issues raised that can have impact at client level
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Administrative Support
- Proficient use of MS Office Pack, namely Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Client focused
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Good organisational skills
- Analytical Ability
