· Bachelor's degree in Preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, Actuarial Sciences.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the operations department within the insurance sector.
· Knowledge of insurance and private pension legislation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Good command of Excel, Macros, and PowerPoint).
· Strong analytical thinking, presentation, and reporting skills.

At BNP Paribas Cardif You Will
· Ensure the tracking and control of pension and life insurance product entries and compliance with communication rules between the team and branches.
· For individual and group policies, ensure accurate decision-making in life insurance products by directing risk acceptance (UW) processes, policy and product-specific conditions to doctors and health institutions, and managing reinsurance transactions and actuarial processes.
· Inform senior management about productions that are blocked due to rules in risk acceptance processes, ensure presentation to the committee, and prepare necessary reports.
· Ensure coordination and follow-up of cheque payment services by intermediary institutions and follow up on revision requests.
· Manage the claims compensation process under special and general conditions of policies in the portfolio, track SLA durations, and finalize claim files within the scope of reinsurance.
· Carry out claim management reporting, project management, and control tracking.
· Collaborate with internal departments and business units in claim-related processes.
· Follow and coordinate IT projects carried out by the Information Technologies team.
· Prepare internal and external (official) reports related to Operations Group activities.
· Track projects conducted in collaboration with the BNP Paribas Group (France), and prepare relevant reports and presentations.
