Within TEB, Large Corporate Credits Allocation Department is responsible for door-to-door credit allocation processes of large scale top-tier Turkish conglomerates across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in depth financial and business analyses for Large Corporate segment clients
- Prepare credit allocation opinion based on credit proposals and comprehensive assessment reports prepared by dedicated credit analyst teams within Business Line
- Attend Credit Committee meetings and present Credit Allocation opinion
- Manage end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to final decision and post-approval monitoring
- Collaborate with Business Line, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth credit execution and portfolio management
- Prepare and present detailed credit memos and presentations to BNP Paribas counterparts
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and propose appropriate risk mitigation measures
- Contribute to process improvements, digital development projects and internal reporting enhancements
- Participate actively in internal trainings sharing knowledge and supporting junior credit analysts
- Conduct regular client and facility visits
*Both Manager and Assistant Manager positions will be reporting to Senior Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years (for Manager) or 2 years (for Assistant Manager) of experience in corporate or commercial credit allocation / underwriting /monitoring
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate risks & mitigants.
- Presentation and communication skills as the position holder is expected to present credit files to senior management, Credit Committee members and international BNPP stakeholders
- Ability to display both macro and micro based approaches in proactive style
- Capability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and teamwork mindset across departments
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and relevant financial analysis tools
