Junior Specialist Private Capital Treasury Management & Operations
Responsibilities:
- As part of managing the Private Debt Funds’ liquidity, TMO main tasks are ensuring debt transactions(RCFs) are timely captured in the system, settled and reflected correctly in the reporting.
- Completing monthly/quarterly RCF reconciliation
- Cash management: analysis of the portfolio incomes and asset sales reception by reconciling and proposing proceeds allocation accurately within the structures.
- Calculation of management fees.
- Investigation of possible discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls.
- Development and enhancement of working files in a growing environment.
- Maintaining effective communication with the location/client.
- Supporting the migrations of new operational activities.
Requirements
- University degree or Student (economy or finances related)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Private Capital Funds will be considered as an advantage.
- Technical expertise on relevant applications associated to the process, including knowledge on FIA e-Front platform will be considered as an advantage.
