Junior Client Account Manager

As Corporate and Institutional Banking(CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. As a Junior Client Account Manager you will be handling communication with the clients and all involved parties to deliver required level of service. 

Junior Client Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Over 1 years of experience in Fund Services Operations and Alternative Investment Operations, or Government agencies and Client services
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Bachelor or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting or similar)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities to troubleshoot and optimise implementation processes 
  • Attention to details 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers by managing their accounts and queries to ensure expected service level is provided.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and third parties to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
  • Analyse errors and incidents, implements corrective actions to ensure no errors visible for the client
  • Take part in creation of team's procedures and checklists to ensure there is no discrepancy and gaps in the process.
  • Participate in process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of department's target.
