• Capitalise on test assets for reuse across future releases

• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize business needs; translate them into user stories and functional specifications

• Model processes and workflows using UML and BPMN where relevant
• Ensure alignment and mutual understanding between business and technical teams
• Produce and maintain functional documentation and user guides
Test Strategy & Quality Assurance
• Contribute to the production of the test strategy and test plans
• Perform test analyses based on specifications and requirements
• Design, produce, and maintain test cases, test campaigns, and logical/physical data sets
• Ensure all requirements are properly covered by validation activities
• Execute test campaigns, investigate anomalies, and produce test evidence
• Monitor progress of anomaly resolution and ensure proper follow-up
• Contribute to test phase closure and produce test reports
• Capitalise on changes made to test baselines for reuse in future versions
Data & Operational Support
• Contribute to the maintenance and support of the Mobility DataMart
• Monitor data flows, data quality, and data integrity
• Troubleshoot data or reporting issues and propose solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery
• Support continuous improvements of reporting and data processes
Agile Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with developers, data teams, and business stakeholders throughout delivery
• Support both development and validation phases to ensure correct implementation
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly and in a timely manner
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and delivery quality
