About Business line/Function:
BNL has chosen to organize itself according to the Agile@Scale model, the main departments are divided into Tribes and each contains within itself the organization of the relevant business, the definition and organization of the processes in its area, the management of the IT components in the perimeter .
Tribe Digital manages the Bank's Web and App digital channels for all markets and is responsible for the following activities:
Ø Evolve digital channels based on business and/or technological needs and in close collaboration with the Architecture, UX-Design, ITP COEs for
Ø Manage maintenance of in-scope applications
Ø Define and manage the processes linked to digital capabilities
Ø Identify new strategic and technological solutions
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Develop front end and back end applications, analysis, design and development of evolutions of application, create unit test to testing the software created or modified, write documentations.
Interact with other IT maintenance teams to speed up the solution of problems
Contributing Responsibilities
· Support BNL teams in analyzing and resolving application problems.
· Collaborate on the design and development of new applications or parts of them.
· Actively participate in the ceremonies of analysis and sharing of the Tribe's activities.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Deep knowledge of the following languages: Java, ANGULAR, SQL
- Knowledge of some of these technology: Spring boot, Gitlab
- Deep knowledge of relational databases such as: Oracle DB , MongoDB, Kafka
- Knowledge of some of these technology: PostgresSQL, Kafka
- Knowledge of abstract classes, interfaces, mastery of the object paradigm
- Knowledge of web architecture, application client/server, API services
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices and containers
- Knowledge of Requirements Collection, Analysis, Design, Development and Test activity
- Unit Test competence
Specific Qualifications:
Has at least three years of analysis and development experience, with two years of experience in development with web application, DB and client/server technology
- Has experience in functional analysis and design of IT solutions
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Problem Solving techniques
- Knows the SQL language for querying databases
- Has knowledge of open technologies/architectures
