The position is required to provide on-site Project management as part of Supply Chain Financing IT team. The project manager manage project related to IT platform (Connexis Supply Chain) to support business growth, to improve service to clients, and to improve bank operational efficiency.
The position is required to participate and contribute in all phases of planning, requirement, design, testing and implementation of global scope projects planned in Connexis Supply Chain Roadmap.
Direct Responsibilities
Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule without compromising quality.
Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support following waterfall/Agile/Hybrid.
Working with remote vendor development team on daily basis to track deliverables.
Bring the project teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the project/release.
Stakeholder management and to conduct working/steering committees.
Communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage change requests to scope and timelines.
Release rollout planning and coordination of teams involved to complete activity within maintenance window.
Enforce the Bank’s project management policies and procedures.

Clarity (or similar tool)

High-level knowledge and working experience in Unix based OS (Linux/AIX/Solaris)
High-level knowledge and working experience in any RDBMS based Database (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2)
Good understanding and knowledge of key web technologies at high level
Knowledge of technical projects management involving high number of stakeholders and remote teams.
Familiar with standard formats such as CSV, XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations. Knowledge in Payments (domestic/international) domain is a definite plus.
Good understanding and knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates)
Working experience in managing of any Webservice/API projects is a definite plus
Certification on Agile is a definite plus
Good team player with great commitment and attitude.
Good communication and coordination skill among multiple teams that are cross-cultural and cross-country.
Able to work independently as well as in a team to resolve issues and/or identify solutions in a timely manner.
Good analytical skills and attention to details.
Specific qualifications
At least 12 years of experience with last 6-8 years as IT Project manager.
Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience preferably in Corporate Banking domain.
Experience in Supply Chain Financing/Trade Financing eBanking applications, Accounting and Payments related projects is a definite plus.
