Business Manager Assistant (M/F)

Business Managers are part of the Client Development team for the Securities Services business. The Client Development team is responsible for all client management related activities, including sales, client relationship management and client satisfaction.
Within this team, the Client Services Managers (CSM) oversee the service delivery with an overall responsibility to ensure an optimized client experience for each client whereas Market Specialist (MS) contributes to the protection & development of profitable revenue streams, acting as representative of the Booking location on the deals, in line with the global client strategy driven by the Global Relationship Management (GRM) and/or the Pilot Relationship Manager (Pilot RM).
The Business management team is responsible for a number of global & local initiatives to improve service delivery to clients and ensure consistent and quality client experience for all Securities Services products and services around the world.
The team is in constant interaction with the central Global Client Services and local CSM & MS as well as with the Business Managers (IT and operational) and Client Lines representatives and the functions
All processes are defined based on client needs, following the principles and methodology of Uplifting Service. They aim to improve the customer experience through efficient organization and adapted digital tools.
Your missions :
- Contribute to the definition of needs and the monitoring of planning, from the business requirements’ definition to the completion of projects.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines and deliverables and map out interdependencies across other projects and functions
- Able to lead through influencing and navigate multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on key decisions and move projects forward
- Ability to overcome objections and offer alternative approaches to progress project objective
Education :
You are studying in a Master degree with some knowledge of Investment funds
Professional Experience:
Previous experience as an intern in a banking environment would be a plus.
