Position Purpose: Senior Developer position is to take full responsibility in all the project deliveries planned in the Squad “ODM”. In this position, the senior developer is supposed to control all aspects of the delivery like development package, IT Security topics, Production incidents and problems, Conformity cell improvements

- Review the design, code unit test results.
- Diligent focus on code quality and standards.
- Zeal to learn, adapt and implement latest frameworks.
- Willingness to learn Vendor product APIs and provide fixes for the Custom Code.

- Contribute to all phases of development life cycle
- Project deployments in SIT, UAT, PROD
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· 7 to 10 years of experience in rule-based solution development in complex integrated enterprise systems using IBM ODM as the core rule engine.
· Ability to discover and interpret business requirements and creation of execution object model.
· Knowledge on capabilities and limitations of IBM ODM 8.X version and providing architecture decisions that optimizes business outcomes.
· Knowledge/Working experience on IBM ODM cloud.
· Experienced in development using Business Action Language rule artifacts and testing using DVS, Junit, and REST API.
· Experience in Decision Center Console, Decision Operation, Deployment Configuration and WAS Configuration.
· Knowledge/Working Experience in implementing decision governance framework and High Availability Implementation.
· Experience in Basic Java programming and coding.
· Estimate for any enhancements or extensions, identify opportunities to improve system performance.
· Build reusable components and Exception handling frameworks.
· Lead and review the development throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
· Good Knowledge on Oracle/Postgres Databases.
· Follow release management code deployment process to deliver the code changes seamlessly.
· Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like Bit Bucket and JIRA.
Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience of in IBM ODM tool as Developer
