Your role
The Data Tribe is at the heart of AlphaCredit's data-driven transformation. Our mission is to enable business value through data by developing data platforms, analytics, AI solutions, reporting capabilities, and data governance practices across the organization.
Within this context, the Head of AI & Advanced Analytics is responsible for defining and driving the organization's AI strategy, accelerating the adoption of AI across the business, and leading the delivery of analytics and AI initiatives that generate measurable business value.
As a member of the Data Tribe leadership team, the role contributes to the overall Data & AI strategy and works closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that data, analytics and AI capabilities are effectively leveraged across the organization.
The Advanced Analytics & AI Center of Excellence plays a dual role: delivering high-value Analytics & AI use cases while also providing leadership, guidance and oversight for AI initiatives developed across the organization.
The role acts as the central point of coordination for AI initiatives, driving AI adoption, supporting business transformation, and ensuring the responsible use of AI in line with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities
Define and drive the AI strategy
- Define and maintain the organization's AI vision, roadmap and priorities.
- Advise business and senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, investments and adoption strategies.
- Shape the organization's approach to enterprise AI solutions, including Group-provided capabilities and emerging AI technologies.
Drive AI adoption and governance
- Promote the effective and responsible use of AI across the organization.
- Establish and maintain the AI governance framework, standards and best practices.
- Act as the central point of review and coordination for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk considerations and regulatory requirements.
Drive Analytics & AI value creation
- Identify, shape and prioritize Analytics & AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Build and manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure Analytics & AI solutions deliver tangible value and support strategic priorities.
Lead the Advanced Analytics & AI Center of Excellence
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Analytics & AI professionals.
- Allocate resources and oversee delivery across Analytics & AI initiatives.
- Foster innovation, collaboration and continuous capability development within the team.
Your profile
- Proven experience in Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering business value through data and AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI opportunities, adoption challenges, governance considerations and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including exposure to senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect Analytics & AI capabilities to business outcomes.
- Collaborative leader with a track record of developing talent, fostering innovation and driving change.
