Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the monthly accounting close for revenues generated by local and offshore funds.
  • Prepare and upload monthly data files into the group accounting systems.
  • Support external audit teams by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss accounts using BNP Paribas global systems.
  • Reconcile cash receipts of the Asset entity and ensure proper journal entries are recorded.
  • Keep the fund‑database up‑to‑date in local Excel spreadsheets and related tracking tools.
  • Help track weekly subscriptions and redemptions across investment funds.
  • Participate in periodic employee reimbursement processes for the department.

Position Requirements

  • Current enrolment in a university (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, macros a plus) and comfort with large data‑sets.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements; prior exposure to fund accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross‑functional team.
