Gobal Static Data Specialist with French
Our team, French static data, works directly with French shareholders and clients. We foster a collaborative environment with close communication and strong teamwork. We operate under a maker-checker framework to ensure accuracy quality and effective control through our process.
The specialist role is responsible for monitoring and managing the setup of static data in the accounting system ensuring an efficient and accurate database within the private capital department. The position involves investigating and processing various types of static data requests including both standard and exceptional cases as well as using loaders to upload information into the system. Good level of French is essential as this is the primary language used for daily communication within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation and modification (maker and checker) of the static data objects in order to maintain a reliable and consistent referential
- Verification and control of the associated documentation of Private Capital funds (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.)
- Perform, execute and materialize controls for managed operational processes
- Be innovative through various proposals of process enhancements and their implementation
- Maintain good relationship with clients and stakeholders
- Support the integration of new operational activities
- Identify risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
- Contribute to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Experience in transfer agent, cash operation or accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent working knowledge of French and English is mandatory (min. C1)
- Knowledge of Private Capital (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real State, Securitization, etc.) fund specificities will be considered as an advantage
- Numerate and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (focused on Excel skills)
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self-motivation to develop
- Internal client focused approach
