FX Derivatives Trading Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related disciplines
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Trading , Treasury sales, Financial Markets or related fields, with demonstrated P&L ownership
• Must hold Derivative Instruments Licence and Capital Market Activities Advanced Level Licence
• Deep,demonstrated  expertise in  domestic and international financial markets and a broad range of financial products
• Proven track record of independently managing risk an driving revenue in a derivatives or structured products context
• Strong leadership and mentoring capability, with experience guiding junior team members

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently manage FX and Interest Rates Risks of FX Options books in domestic and international markets, operating at the upper end of desk limits with minimal oversight
• Set and defend pricing strategy for Global Markets Clients across a broad range of Derivative instruments, including complex and structured products
• Own revenue generation for the desk and take primary accountability for meeting and exceeding  yearly budget targets
• Monitor market news and events and evaluate the risks and opportunities for existing positions and possible new trading strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external counterparties
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape client franchise strategy and identify new business opportunities across the derivatives suite
• Take ownership of counterparty risk oversight, proactively managing limit utilization 
• Ensure robust governance around trade booking, and drive improvements in accuracy and timeliness across trade capture systems
• Act as an escalation point ensuring seamless, timely flow of transactions to Middle Office and Back Office
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for desk processes and systems, mentoring junior traders on best practices
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal frameworks, and contribute to policy development where relevant
