Fund Accounting Specialist in Private Capital
ABOUT THE JOB
For this role we are looking for someone that will analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices, and investment related transactions in a competent manner. We are searching for a reliable, motivated and organized person to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices, and investment related transactions, in accordance with procedures and ensure deadlines are respected
- Support process transformations to optimize workflow and implement improvements/ efficiencies
- Reconcile transactions against supporting schedules and documentation, ensuring relevant support is obtained and filed
- Engage in projects and initiatives across the department and with locations
- Generate reports and investigate/respond to ad hoc requests as required by the Jersey team, the client and the board of directors
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Previous accounting experience and knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Risk awareness
- Well organized and resilient under pressure
- Team player
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Fluency in English
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
