Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide adequate and active support to the FIC Senior Banker and Associate
- Act as the primary back-up mainly for the FIC Associate
- Share ideas, insights, knowledge and relevant information with colleagues and beyond
- Be aware of the different industries that make up the financial and official institutions system and its main players (banks, broker dealers, pension funds, asset managers, insurers, Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, Development Banks, etc.)
- Elaborate market intelligence reports on the above mentioned (e.g. company profiles, industry reports, regulatory reports, client briefings, research and analysis of market trends among the industry, among others)
- Support FIC Senior Banker and Associate manage client relationships, address and solve customer issues as they arise
- Assist in preparing internal supporting documents for management reporting (e.g. credit requests, pipeline, call reports, among others)
- Build strong internal and external relationships and create a solid network
- Proactivity and interest in understanding the different products offered by the bank and the usefulness to our customers by liaising with product specialists
- Prepare supporting documents and ensure the completeness of the process related to "Know Your Customer", including but not limited to, recertifications, onboardings, among others
- Comply with all applicable regulations (local or those defined by Group) and BNPP internal policies as well as Code of Conduct. This includes but is not limited to Financial Security, Know Your Customer, Due Diligence, Client Interest Protection, Market Integrity, Professional Ethics and Respect for colleagues
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar education levels.
1-2 years of experience in banking or similar industry, with knowledge of international business, financial products and customer relations.
