Position Purpose: Provide administrative and operational support to the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs to ensure efficient execution of priorities, seamless governance and effective stakeholder management. Act as trusted partner to manage the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs with professionalism, maturity and dexterity
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Manage the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, appointments, travel and other official commitments
• Anticipate needs, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and enable effective time management for the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, global stakeholders, and external partners interacting with the ISPL CRO.
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure alignment of activities and smooth communication between the ISPL CRO and Business/Functions
• Coordinate all administrative activities during Senior Management visits to India CoE
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs, including detailed itineraries, logistics and expense management
• Submit claims on Concur on behalf of the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs.
• Help organize Executive Committee meetings, Board Meetings, Leadership Reviews and Strategy meets/Offsites
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
• Manage Logistics, Materials, Minutes and follow-ups from leadership meetings to ensure timely closure
• Support ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs operations and special projects assigned
• Maintain records and documents pertaining to the ISPL CRO & Other RISK HODs in an organized manner
• Support/provide back-up for senior ExCo EAs as necessary.

Specific Qualifications:
· 10-12 years of experience supporting Senior Executives, preferably within BFSI GCCs or multinational corporations
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
