About the job
- BNP Paribas Electronic Business and Markets group is a transversal business line within Global Markets. It is responsible for managing all aspects of Electronic Business from Product Strategy and Distribution, Automated Market making, Client and Sales solutions as well as Client Service.
- Electronic Markets is part of the COO group that is looking to significantly grow BNP Paribas’s market share and improve its global electronic offering for its global client base.
Your Main Activities Are
- AI and Data Management Project management: Help Drive AI Projects related to automatization of pricings for Structured Products
- Engage with the sales teams to collect feedback and areas of improvement
- Understand client requests and help improve the AI translator abilities
- Troubleshoot errors
- Help develop tools to process and analyse large amounts of unstructured data for monitoring purposes
- Read model calibration results and be able to have a critical opinion
- Produce KPIs on the project status for top management
- Business Support: Investigate and resolve issues across all BNP Paribas electronic products and services, ensuring a quick and effective resolution
- Ensure clients are connected, having the ability to price and to trade at all times
- Using data-mining analysis tools to identify issues
- Provide business support & training to several teams and ensure the proper usage of the platform
- Assist users in finding alternatives to automate their pricing needs
- Communication: Propose and create new marketing materials to promote the platform and new features
- Ensure the information available in the platform regarding existing/new features are up to date
- Client Engagement Activities: Monitor new client activity, monitor dormant clients and users and conduct reactivation campaigns
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas
- An overall understanding and interest in the financial world
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills and client focus
- Teamwork while being able to work autonomously
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills
- Excel knowledge
- Interest in AI related projects

- Its core function is to provide a single point of contact for Client queries for all our electronic products and services, supports Clients, and external counterparties, is responsible for Client enablement, Client Support and relationships across all our Ecommerce platforms
