We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Krakow, Poland. As a Deputy Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Leader in ensuring the smooth operation of our team, overseeing daily tasks, and driving team performance. In addition to that, you will lead new client onboardings to our digital CapLink Private portals. You will collaborate with Client relationship managers, Sales teams, Operational teams, BNP Paribas IT and Client service desk. This role is responsible for ensuring all requirements are in place for the onboarding, delivering trainings to clients and stakeholders during the process of onboarding, as well as conduct training sessions to support updates and feature releases of the portals, managing users access, and providing ongoing technical support to clients and application users. 

Deputy Team Leader in Private Capital - CapLink Private – Client Onboarding & Service Desk

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Team Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Support the Team Leader during Service Review, Due Diligence, & governance meeting preparation.
  • Lead the on-boarding process, verifying that all the requirements are in place for client setup.
  • Work jointly with Product Development, Operations, IT and Client Service Desk teams
  • Deliver training sessions/provide support with onboarding into CapLink application (this may include travelling to client’s location at onboarding stage) 
  • Provide technical service support for Private Capital clients using the web portal;
  • Navigate the portal and understand its standard functionalities (including understanding of eFront - FIA); 

Requirements:

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in banking / financial sector 
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of Private Capital will be a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Independence and excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
  • Knowledge of legal acts related to the financial / banking sector
