The main responsibility is to perform Ownership verification & Record keeping (OVRK), Periodical OV and Reconciliation processes for different countries and based of AIFM Directive.
Depositary OVRK Junior/Specialist in Private Capital
Responsibilities:
- Reading legal documentation and reflect fund structure properly in the system
- Ensuring all data in the main system is accurate
- Communicates via email and video calls with internal and external clients
- Following controls in place to mitigate risks
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent service and continue upgrading processes
- Monitoring the dedicated mailboxes/systems to ensure that all enquiries and change requests are promptly handled
Requirements:
- English min B2 (other languages such as French, Spanish, Dutch would be additional asset)
- Organizational skills and flexibility to switch between processes
- Great communication skills
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Sense of responsibility and maturity
- Accuracy and attention to details
