Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Client focused approach

- English on advanced level (C1)
- German language will be an asset
- Good PC literacy and command of MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating full setup and configuration of accounts and investment funds accross multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and operational readiness
- Maintaining active communication with the client and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, providing updates, and resolving setup-related issues
- Cooperating with operational teams to ensure dependencies, data points, and documentation are delivered on time for seamless implementation
- Conducting detailed system validations and reconciliations to confirm correct setup prior to go-live, ensuring accountibility, process consistency, and transparent documentation through each event
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procedures for fund openings to ensure consistency, compliance, and smooth execution
- Supporting fund closures and other lifecycle events, assisting in planning, execution, and system updated as required
