As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Data Analyst, Scientists and Python developers. You will help the people in your team deliver quality work, strive in their career, and work in a good environment. You will :
- Follow a team of ~8 people
- Check the quality of their results
- Ensure they perform their objectives
- Ensure they grow their skills according to their position
- Ensure a good relationship between your team and the other departments they work with
- Follow Agile methodology and help the team with it
- Help assigning your team to the good projects

Welcome to BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where you will integrate the Analytics Hub, an innovative and creative team based in Lisbon and Porto. In both locations we offer a hybrid work model.
You will report hierarchically to the Hub Marketing head. The marketing side of the Hub has 3 mid-sized teams (Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Python developers), working together on complex challenges, you’ll lead one of them.
The team is young and everyone is growing together. You'll be surrounded by more than 30 colleagues working in the same field as you, sharing ideas and experiences.
