  Client Service Manager

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing full cycle of clients service (external and internal)
  • Managing effective communication as a two way channel between Hubs and Legacy Locations on a regular basis
  • Creating and present the Monthly Dashboard to senior management
  • Ensuring that due diligence visits and RFPs are fully prepared in advance
  • Ensuring consistent client-IOC governance meetings and follow up all action points across all departments
  • Creating a network and regular interaction with department managers for all teams in all respective locations
  • Being responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation and uptake of the Hobart client system
  • Managing uplifting service program
  • Being part of global and local Client community by coordinating related actions across IOC
  • Support coordination of business partners and clients visits
  • Counterpart for central client services team
  • Ensuring all queries raised by local senior managers are tracked and answered in due time with the quality and attention required by local offices
  • Informing in due time the location management on the progress of all queries
  • Prioritizing the work and conducting investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies
  • Being an active member of the Governance on Client Services experience initiative within IOC
  • Assisting in rolling out yearly IOC client satisfaction survey
  • Overseeing IOC readiness during Due Diligence and client visits, working with BU heads in providing the right information for RFP’s received from the respective spoke locations
  • Assisting in rolling out yearly IOC client satisfaction survey in Europe

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in investment banking or securities services

  • A minimum of 3 years’ managerial and client relationship experience

  • University degree (preferably at Economy, banking, finance studies)

  • Strong commercial and presentation skills

  • Advanced negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills

  • Ability to influence others

  • Ability to build collaborative networks as well as effective and long lasting relationships across locations and cultures

  • Change and Project Management skills would be an additional asset

  • Fluency in English is a must, any additional language will be a strong advantage
