JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the owner of the client relationship within BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction across the full scope of services delivered by BNP Paribas Securities Services locally and globally.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the owner of the client relationship and represent BNPP Luxembourg
- Build trustful relationships and share client knowledge within the bank
- Monitor service delivery performance and client satisfaction
- Oversee prompt resolution to client complaints and efficient response to requests
- Manage client meetings and contribute to client-related projects
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Fund Industry
- Successful experience in a senior client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Securities Services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Italian native speaker, fluent in English and French

The position is based in Luxembourg, with flexibility for remote work including satellite office arrangements and teleworking options.
